I fell into a job at a smokehouse three years ago, and shortly thereafter, everyone quit. So I taught myself how to be a pitmaster. Of course, I still have much to learn. That's why I'm here. I used to smoke meat occasionally, as a hobby, before I worked at the smokehouse, but that hobby has evolved into an obsession.
