If you just looking for sweet i recommend a simple rub with a lot of sugar. I use turbanado sugar ( sugar in the raw) so it doesn't burn as esily on the ribs. if you want a commercial rub you can buy i recommend the savory pecan rub from Butcher's BBQ (you can order from the website). Its actually really sweet with no heat and tastes great on ribs.
For sweet sauce go with hickory brown sugar or honey sweet baby rays. both are pretty sweet and no heat
when doing the sauce step on the ribs go like 20-30 minutes no higher than 260-270 area with SBR or it will burn.
