'ello!

I'm new to the forum!  Have been browsing around trying to pick up some new knowledge.

I'm in Ohio - currently using a MES 30" - About to upgrade to a 40" MES

Love to smoke Ribs, Brisket, Pork Butt, Duck, Meatloaf Mac n Cheese and Potatoes.
