ok so im an amatuer "smoker".  Last night i put a half picnic on the smoker for about 11 hrs.  When i woke up at 5 this morning i found aout that it had rained for some portion of the night..   Long story short, I have a crappy brinkman "grill N smoke" smoker with no temp thermometer.  It only says  low, ideal, and high.  so i dont know what temp it was running at.  I didnt check the temp of the meat bc i was sleeping but when i awoke the meat was warm, not hot.  I pulled it off the smoker w/ my hand.  Im almost certain it didnt get up to 200.  question is--- Can i re-smoke the picnic to bring it back up to 200 today?  its in the fridge and i had to go to work so that was all i could do..

Thanks in advance

I wouldn't bother putting it back on the smoker.  Its smoky enough after 11 hours.  Wrap it tightly in some HD aluminum foil with about a cup of liquid (apple juice, ginger ale, beer, etc) and stick it in a 350F oven until it is probe tender and an IT of 200-205F.

Yep....best and easiest way to do it!

If you have to go to work, and want it that night. You can always pop into a crock-pot with some bbq sauce, and cook it on low. It should be done by the time you get home.
