Here we see a fine looking 10 lbs of chicken leg quarters in their natural habitat. Being kept warm with hickory and the occasional chunk of cherry wood. Happy Viewing!

I was looking at tossing some leg quarters on today or tomorrow. Do you have any suggestions? Rub, temp of smoker, how long you smoked them and what internal did you pull them off? They look amazing and I have a pack ready to be cooked so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
