Been an avid reader of the forums for years - decided it was time to join- I need to give a shout out to HYWNBOY as of yesterday he parted with his Lang 36 original patio model and has gave it a new home (my home) - as an avid smoker of quality meat for over 10 yrs now. I have wanted nothing more than to own a Lang unfortunately when living in the state of Wisconsin you don't run across many used ones (in fact this was only the second I've seen in approx. 6 yrs). As of yesterday I am now a proud owner of the Lang I always wanted -Thanks again to HYWNBOY
Last night we enjoyed what I would consider my best ribs ever cooked to date. In the past all of my cooks took place on (3) Weber kettles - after using the stick burning reverse flow the I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS METHOD - looking forward to loading the Lang with meaty goodness for many years to come.
