I just joined and glad to be here. I'm looking for new ideas and recipes. I love to smoke anything and have tried some unconventional items to smoke.
I do both cold and hot smoking. I have several different smokers that I have made but by far my favourite and most successful is my filing cabinet smoker.
I have plans for a bigger smoker that I hope to get together this spring.
