From s.e. Michigan and spend alot of time in northern michigan i have been using a charbroil charcoal grill for years an indirectly smoking some great food.
Just picked up a smoker i would love to get up and running asap.
I had the luxury of meeting billy bones some years ago while at a auction in northern michigan and what a great guy and sadly missed.. he invited my family to his sons bbq place but had lost his number and couldn't get back in touch but me,daughter and wife enjoyed the day talking with him and making him dinner with my old barrel grill he ejoyed it as much as we enjoyed having him there for dinner and he said he started out with old barrel grill just like mine.
