I have a crack in the door trim of my Masterbuilt 20070910 30-inch(30"). I purchased it from Amazon 11/2014 and it typically sits covered on my patio so I am guessing this is weather related. It seems to be holding temperature so I am not sure if this is something to be concerned about or if it has any impact other than cosmetic which I am not concerned with. Any advice?

Mine has pieces falling off the corners. As long as it opens and closes and the seal is good your fine.

OK.Essentially ignore it? Don't fill it with anything right?

I would wait. You could get RTV silicone when a piece is missing to reseal or fill but a crack is tough to deal with. I've had my smoker a year an a half out of the sun and rain covered and the plastic trim is the only thing on the outside that is disintegrating. The connectors failed after ten months that was a simple fix When something major fails I'll save parts recycle the box unless someone wants it and fire up my back up smoker.
