I've been smoking on and off for about 5 years now, I've been really hooked in the past few months. I used to use an electric smoker but switched to the Akorn charcoal and will never go back. I'm originally from the Eastern Shore of Maryland but live near Williamsburg Virginia now and move quite a bit as I'm in the Coast Guard. I've been lurking for quite a while and thought I would say hello.
