We are a couple of old Dodgers from Oro Valley, Arizona.

We just got us a small Traeger (Bronson 20) smoker grill. First try was a simple pork loin. Oh my, it was fantastic.

We are retired and didn't want to deal with another bbc grill, but when I saw this pellet smoker I thought "oh boy, that looks easy". NOT! There is a learning curve. With the help of forums like this I have learned so much in just a few weeks.

I am the wife, so researching the recipes and directions is my part of this new adventure. The forums give me the most information. Thank you for being there.
