Can I freeze a rib roast without losing flavor?

I have a 6 pound rib roast and would like to freeze it for next week. How can I do it without losing the juices or killing it?

Vacuum pack it.

If you don't have a vacuum machine, just wrap it in a couple of layers of freezer paper, and then foil.

When you get the chance, would you swing by "Roll Call" and introduce yourself.

Then we can all give you a proper welcome.

If plan on cooking it next week there's no need to freeze it. You could do a short dry age.
