With the emphasis on "Rank".  Our children gave us a Weber smoker as an anniversary present this spring and I've used it a bit so far.  We are retired and don't eat a lot, so it will get limited use.  We live in Northwestern Ohio and I'm a retired I/T Systems Engineer.  I'm also an avid woodworker with my own dedicated shop.  I've learned a lot from this set of forums and hope to learn more (a given).  Take care all.

Welcome to SMF!

Glad to have you aboard!

Now you have one more hobby to keep you busy in retirement.

If you need any help, just start asking questions.

Plenty of friendly folks on here to give you answers to just about anything food related.

Welcome from SC. It's really good to have you on this great site. There are a lot of fine folks here who are always eager to share their ideas, tips and recipes. All you have to do is ask and keep reading. That Weber unit that you have is a really good smoker. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Good luck and good smoking. Joe. :welcome1:
