Howdy from AZ yall! I'm Bill, a California transplant to Arizona back in 1990. The proud father of an Air Force F-16 Crew Chief, loyal husband and friend and the founder of the Arizona Crappie Association.
I love to fish, camp and hang out around the house making great eats on my Weber. I've had an H2O smoker for years but 1 week ago I stepped up to an offset, Oklahoma Joe's Highland. It's season, slightly modified and ready to get it crackin!
So tomorrow it's on! St Louis style ribs and corn on the cob! I plan to start about 9 am and be eating by 4 pm. It should be interesting.
