Hey Everyone,
After much research and a desire to try something new, I just took delivery of a Yoder YS640 today. My good friend in MN had one and I saw it when I visited and decided that I had to try this.
Originally from Philadelphia, in CA for 27 years I have a decent background in cooking, especially wood burning pizza, which I've done for 12 years. I"m looking forward to learning how to make some great ribs, chicken, and brisket, and realize that it will take some time, trial and error, and research.
I've already benefited from the information on this site, and hope to someday be able to contribute to help others.
