Greeting from the hot and moist climes of Tampa. I have been smoking for about 10 years. It was upon the birth of my first child that I realized I would no longer be leaving the house, hanging with the boys, etc. So I bought a VERY large TV and a Smoker, and I settled in for the long haul. I started with one of the Weber Water smokers, which when the weather is warm works fine, other wise you need a wind break or insulation or something. Then I had a very brief fling with an electric smoker, She ran hot and was epermental and just a handful. So now I have embarked on a serious relationship with an Akorn From Char Griller. She is black and beautiful, she is a tight little package so to speak. What she lacks in size she makes up for in elegance. Thats all I have time to say for now, as I have her full of a blend of beef and pork ribs. I get so excited when I fill her to overflowing, as you can see in the picture attached. In the near future I will be sharing recipes I have personally developed, such as "Kids Car Seat Crumbed Wings" these wings are sweet and always hold a surprise.

"On the seventh day the Lord created BBQ, he sayerh let there be smoke, and there was smoke, and it was finger lickin good"
