Hey there everyone im hairless knuck im from upstate new york and absolutely love to cook outside all year round whether the temperature is 10 degrees or 100 degrees. Just bought my first smoker a charbroil 595 vertical propane smoker ( although i have used my father in laws charcoal smoker before). Looking forward breaking in the new smoker with a couple racks of ribs today. If anyone has used the same smoker that i bought or has any tips on propane smoking feel free to share.
