Doing baby backs for my first rib smoke seasoned them last night and threw them in the fridge overnight. Got the gmg daniel boone running up right now to 225. Gonna be doing a 2-2-1 and 2-1.5-1.5 method on the two racks. Glaze today is gonna be a strawberry jalapeno on one and the other will be just a korean bbq sauce i recently picked up.
