They look really good. The ribs, that is. I'm not much on wings. What kind of dry mix did you use for the marinade? I want to try Char Siu, but don't want to buy all the ingredients just in case its a one time thing.
It was Noh,just add 1/2 cup water nice and easy! You can even use it dry great either way for ribs! I had to buy it in a Asian shop.
