I bought the wrong ham?

Picked this up a couple weeks ago and took from the freezer yesterday to smoke today. I didn't notice until this morning that it was labeled "smoked, ready to cook" rather than "fully cooked, ready to heat".
If it's already smoked isn't that considered ready to eat?
I put it on at 8:00 and we're not looking to eat until 4:00 so that should be enough time, right?
The description threw me for a bit of a loop and I'm just wanting to make sure everything will turn out ok.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Those are the best hams. I used to smoke them all the time. They are way more juicy than the fully cooked hams. They don't sell them around here anymore. Just make sure the IT is 145, when you take it off the smoker.

Here is a thread I wrote a few years ago.

Good luck & let us know how it turns out.

Thanks Al, I appreciate the advice. I'll post more Q-View as we go along.
