My wife and I run a guesthouse in the mountains of Azerbaijan. As a sideline we have been making pork sausages and other pork products over the last few years. In a 95% muslim country, but boy do those 5% like pork! We have tried making bacon a few times as we need it for our 'full English breakfast', but have had varying levels of success.
Starting again on this forum so will be reading all your emails about the best methods.
