Here is the finished product on the CSRs. They look dry. Not sure where I went wrong. Thermometer read 150 but cut in and meat was cooked. Put them in at 10:30 a.m. pulled out at 4:30. At 225 most of day. Glad I backed things up with chicken legs and babybacks.
When I do csr's I wrap them after2 to 3 hours in I put butter and apple juice in with them I know some don't like to wrap but I like to add flavor and moisture to them I also start with them in strips good luck next time they are one of my favorite things to do
