First off smoker, bottom round rubbed with Mad Hunky Just Add Beef, great flavor and fork tender. This will be chilled and sliced paper thin on meat slicer

Well I am waiting for the kitchen sink. Its the only thing ya didn't smoke so far.....LOL
Sure looks good, and you poached it with Sous Vide then got some smoke on it, Sure makes that meat a pretty color and I am told tender and juicy.
I assume you have plenty of adult beverages stocked up and are not yet even looking forward to the spring thaw. I love it!
