Since I'm not the smoke warrior that many here are, I shy away from cooking and playing on the patio when it's cold. 50+ degrees in Indiana in January is too much to pass up, though! So I picked up a couple BB racks.
Cut in half to fit in my little MB 2 door gasser, they got rubbed with Jeff's mix and went in the smoker with a pan of beans (thank you Gary S). It's a little windy And we're smoking! The Mrs. wants FOTB, so into the foil it goes after 2 hours of Apple smoke. More coming as it goes
