Smoking a TT with Big Ron's hint of Houston rub, I added some seasoned salt after having it on a brisket the other day I thought it could use a little salt. Smoking over cherry and pecan on the WSM. Pics to follow.:drool
Forgot to mention the rub it was okay but nothing to rush out and buy,better with some added salt but it's supposed to have a little heat at the end and SWMBO didn't even complain so it's got no heat at all.
