Hello, everyone. I'm from Texas but I lived all over and move from time to time, in Arizona now.  I'm done some simple smoking in the past (very little), but now I have a new Masterbuilt 40-inch Electric Digital Smokehouse.  I've tried it out a few time and now I'm hooked.  I don't know why it took me so long to get a good smoker when I always eaten smoked meat.  Been trying new combinations of meat and flavors of wood chips to find the ones that I like. But I am always open to try something new (at least once) so if anyone has one of them "has-to-try-it" recipes, let me know.  So far I've smoked: brisket, ribs, bacon, turkey, pork loin, chicken, and plan to try some more.  Nice to be here and I look forward to many good tips.
