I am smoking a 4 lb pork loin, what are recommendations for wrapping the loin in aluminum foil after the smoking process for a few hours prior to serving? I have done this with other pork products in past and it has made a difference.

I just did a 5lb pork loin last weekend. I smoked it to 140 at 275 and it only took 2hrs. I didn't need to wrap it.

I would say if you go at 225-250 and it's not at temp after a few hours, then you can wrap it since it won't need to take on any more smoke.
