Ok I am going to give it a try. I hit a sale tonight on Top Round London Broil and bought three packages.
Came home and mixed up 6 batch of Tasso Cure for 5 lbs of meat
Cut the Beef into 1" and 1 1/2" strips
Ended up with two bags at 5lbs each
I will keep the thread updated. I am going to let it cure until Friday and smoke Friday evening or Saturday morning
