My name is Skip and I live in southwestern Ohio. I am a certified culinary professional who has been grilling for years. I am now venturing into the world of smokers and am excited to learn all I can about them and the technique.
I just joined this forum as I bought my very first smoker last week as an early xmas present to myself. My new toy is the electric Masterbuilt 30" Sportsman Elite model. I did the initial seasoning of it today and am ready to begin using it tomorrow.
