Welcome from SC. This is a great site with lots of good folks who are always eager to share their ideas and tips. All you have to do is ask and keep reading. Remember, we always like to see pics of your cooks.

Good luck and keep on smokin', Joe

If y'all have any advice on how long I should smoke this 20 lb turkey I am off the whole day before Thanksgiving so any feedback would be perfect

Ya brining the bird ? I personally like brining my turkeys ! What's your prep plans ? After brining, I like to pat dry with paper towels & coat with a little peanut oil.... What temp ya smoking it at ? You'll wanna smoke til IT of 165* IT in the breast & 175* IT in the thigh.... I don't smoke to time, just IT & some will take longer than others but if you've got the time as ya say, just enjoy the smoke with a couple cold ones !
