Hey guys I'm trying to find an easy to follow wild game and fish smoking cook book that pretty much tells me what to use, what to set my smoker up at, what wood to use and how long to smoke for. I don't do a lot of smoking and won't be smoking a lot of meat at once, but I'd like to do be able to smoke up some brisket, turkey and goose breasts, trout fillets, and hopefully maybe get into sausages and snack sticks. Pretty much if there's something I'd want to try to smoke, I could use this book and get an idea of what I needed to do. I only plan on using wild game such as Mule deer, Elk, Turkey, Goose, and Rainbow and Brooke trout. I have a 40" Master Built electric and the amazing pellet smoker tube. What other accessories should I get, or need? Thank you guys for any help you can give this rookie!!
