I've been smoking for a over little a year. I've been using a pellet smoker. I tried a Lang, until I last month I bought Backwoods Smoker. I'm just now getting used it but theres a big difference between cooking Lang cooker and this one. This one you can put 1/4 bag of charcoal total and 4 chunks in total and cook the whole time. The Lang I had I used a ton of wood in first 3 smokes and the meat didn't come out like near Backwoods smoker. I'm just amateur and if I can get great results like in my first couple smokes on Backwoods then other people aught to try.

I figured it out I got rid of it and got Backwoods Smokers it's much easier to use. I get great results so far.
