Arizona Plumber new to forums.

Have many ? for you all, but i will just introduce myself to you guys, I was born in Texas and had to move to the state of Arizona due to some health issues as a kid, i lived in several towns in AZ, until i joined the Navy. I spent 20 plus years serving this great nation of ours. After that i went into the plumbing business. I grew up eating Texas flavored meat and stuff like that, but when i went into the navy, i wasn't able to get that until i finally got out and started my own cooking. i just recently built a UDS. I built this because i recently was on trip back from New York, and stopped in Tennessee to have a bite of brisket. fell in love with it. so that's why i built it. i love smoked food.

Way to go building your UDS.  There's been many a fine smoked meal to come off of those.
