Hello all,

 

I just became a "smoker" here this summer. Got many ideas and my inspiration from Archerytalk. So far I have a done a whole chicken, whole turkey, beer can burgers, and a fatty. Everything has turned out great and the wife really likes the flavor. I'm planning on do a pulled pork here in Oct. so I'm getting everything set up for long smokes right now, and planning on smoking throughout the winter. I love to hunt and teach 2nd grade for a living. Looking forward trying a lot of new recipes and spending the long winter eating good!
