Hey,

Just bought an OK Joe Smoker.  First time out, did a couple ground beef patties...Fantastic!  Then threw on a rack of ribs and pork roast, no salt pepper, nothing just to test the water.  Other than could have used salt, fabulous again.  Apple/Hickory flavor throughout.

Maiden voyage for guests tomorrow.  After the first time, not too tough but want to get better fast.  I've heard of smoking cream cheese as appetizer, Advice from any direction would help.
