Congrats! Nice lookin' smoker!

Did you give it a name yet?

I'd love to have one. I feel like I would smoke food more often with something like that. The mini WSM is pretty set it and forget it but not on that level.

Just in time to put some meat in it for the 4th

Is that the new BT MES? I haven't seen one yet.

Do you have it sitting on something or are those its legs?

Seems like it could be a trip hazard?

No haven't thought of a name yet. I've been using a UDS for the past few years but wanted something i could control the temps better and not have to babysit it the whole time.

Yes it's the BT version. Those are the legs it comes with, the back 2 have wheels on them.

I have one also so will answer your question ... Yes those are the legs to the smoker. They don't stick out far enough to be a trip hazzard. They have 2 rollers on the back legs so you can easily roll it where you want to place it. Sams is the only place that includes legs with the smoker. All other places that sell that same BT Smoker sells them without legs. You have to purchase the legs seperate for those Smokers.

Thanks!

Sounds good then. Being able to roll around is a plus!
