Other than commercial for now. Anybody got a thought on cooling around 42 sq. ft of smoker for all year round bacon mainly. It gets 90 to 100 with high humidity here in west central Mo. Thanks for any input. Family cannot get enough of bacon. All recipes from this SMF. Plus a few others. Big family here. Plus some friends. Wanna do all year round.:biggrin:
