Kansas native that lives and hunts in Utah I get a cow from mom every year plus all the waterfowl you can eat.got the smoker to cook the tuff cuts of meat and jerkey the rest.made a meat loaf to break it in and a brisket last night it was ok.next weekend I am thinking about cooking a touge any ideas
