I know I said I was new to bbq/smokin and I am.
but I done a good bit of camping cookin.
first time do in it on lumpwood bbq.
let it soak in a bit of pepper(a touch), sea salt, lemon pepper,mixed herbs, zest from half a lemon and juice from 3 lemons for about 2.5-3 hrs.

have a bit of plum, oak (thats always wat we cooked on while campin) and the shocker WALNUT
just a tiny touch to each pouch. Adds a nice touch to the lemon I think.
