I made up 2 lbs of these couple weeks ago.
Easy recipe using AC Leggs stick mix #116, 1/2t cure 1 and 1/2 cup German Dunkle.
Nepas, those are good looking stick.
I recently used a recipe out of Rytek Kutas book for Beer Sausage, and all my friends here raved about it.
