Beer Sticks

I made up 2 lbs of these couple weeks ago.

 

Easy recipe using AC Leggs stick mix #116, 1/2t cure 1 and 1/2 cup German Dunkle.

Looks good. Hard to go wrong with anything that has beer in it.

Nepas, those are good looking stick.

I recently used a recipe out of Rytek Kutas book  for Beer Sausage, and all my friends here raved about it.

Thanks HT and everyone else. I feel like i been out of sausage making for so long now that i need to re learn things.

LOL----C'mon Rick!!

 

You might have forgot more than most of us ever learned about sausage, but that still leaves you with a vast supply of sausage knowledge!!Thumbs Up

This looks really tasty and would be a snack for new years eve this time. To the flavor would view the different beer to use.
