Well I had to work the late shift and had this chicken thawing (was frozen and thawing in the fridge...took 4 days for it too) so I decided after work tonight we were going to do the smoking. It's only 11 pm and I've worked alot of hours this week so why not kick back have a couple beers while smoking up a beer can chick! Seasoned with lawrys and roasted garlic powder (new at penzeys) and placed in a Christmas present from the future mil with some Batch 19 for the beer...
