I'll be smoking some Beef ribs today along with a piece of Butt that was cured and now smoking for Cured, Smoked & Pulled Butt

Here is what I am starting with. Going to be smoking at 225 º
Had these tucked away in the Freezer
Starting to get them seasoned up S & P and Tatonka Dust
Then a little of My BBQ seasoning and waiting patiently for their turn on the smoker
