I'll be smoking some Beef ribs today along with a piece of Butt that was cured and now smoking for Cured, Smoked & Pulled Butt

Pictures will be coming at I go.

Here is what I am starting with. Going to be smoking at 225 º

 using Pecan

Had these tucked away in the Freezer



Starting to get them seasoned up   S & P and Tatonka Dust


Then a little of My BBQ seasoning    and  waiting patiently for their turn on the smoker

Ribs went on at 12:00 PM  Temp climbing to 225 º

Ribs look good and that is a great price, I can't get ground up here for that.
 
Okey Dokey  Boys and Girls Here we Go.  Finally Finished and They were good 

Now this is how you do Beef Ribs in East Texas

Used the 3-2-1 method  smoked at 225 º using lump and pecan,  spritzed several times 

with apple juice

Seasoned and ready to go on the smoker


Just getting started


After about 2.5 hours


Ribs Ready to go in the house




And the Money Shot,    Tender, Meaty, Juicy and GOOD !

My short ribs turn out good, my racks of beef are not that good.
