Or cross cut ribs??????

Anyway. Seasoned and going on the mini.







Some nice hickory and pecan smoke.




Bout 3 hours in




And done.





And whats left.




Cooked for 7 hours till probe tender. NO FOIL and super tender and juicy.

Ooooh beef ribs! Looks great!! Never used the cross cut short ribs for smoking. Usually for direct grilled korean short ribs. Going to have to try it!
