I'm making a full brisket. I wanted to know if I can finish it in the oven because I also want to do ribs and I don't have enough room in my smoker.

As I like a nice smoky flavor with brisket, I'd keep it bathed in smoke in the smoker as long as possible.  Pull and put in the oven when you need to get the ribs on.

You can , no problem. just remember the folks who wrap in foil are not getting any more smoke anyway. Good luck and post pictures

Thank you.

Yes you can finish it in the oven, you can even bump up the temp as needed if you're trying to time everything.  Remember you want 195-197 internal temp for sliced brisket.  Good luck

Is it on the smoker or in the oven ?
