I just got my first 16" smoker from Napolean grills to fool around with and learn how to master the art.
I grill year round up here in Oakville On.Canada and I plan to do the same with my new smoker.
I'm hoping to get some great tips to smoke during the windy winter months. Not worried about the cold, I worry about the wind.
