Hello.  always enjoyed watching the men at my church or whoever working an Offset Smoker as a kid. I recently purchased the BBQ Pro from sears (It is cheap but my friend bought it and has done REALLY well and done some great smoked meats on it).  cooking area of roughly 500 square inches

doing baby back ribs right now. man the temp is to high, then it is just about right but the wood is all black and looks like it is going out.  I am excited doing them with the 2-2-1 method.

I wanted a charcoal/wood smoker over a propane or electric (cant afford the electric bill anyway lol).  I just feel like it is true quing or smoking than setting an electric and leaving.  I like doing the work, I like getting to know my smoker.  It is fun

Don't have a camera sorry
