I am new to the site and already have found it very useful and informative. I just took delivery of a new Yoder YS640 to replace my MES 30" unit that I used for a few years. All I can say is this thing is amazing, I made some ribs and chicken in it yesterday that were the best I have ever made. I hope to get a lot of good ideas from everyone on here to make things that I haven't tried before (mainly a brisket) Below are a few pics:
