A nice day , the rain is gone for a while and I have been waiting to cold smoke my lunch meat BALONEY. I have tried the high end beef baloney (bores head) and I though the spices overwhelmed the smoke. I am satisfied with regular beef.
I had a few slices more but the weather was not cooperating.
Not every one likes it but a fried smoked baloney sandwich is hard to beat.
These are my quick and dirty hangers. I use the dark one to hold my Auber probe in most any position.
I have my smoke rolling .
Today I will try my 3” tail pipe as well as my regular stack
The 3" pipe is 12" long and fits just right.
