Thought I was going to get to do my first cold smoke today, but it warmed up to 44. So normal temp smoke. Have the mini running at 285, cherry and pecan.
I think the raspberries are done...
3 pounds of 80/20. Sautéed onion and garlic. Half cup applesauce, dash or ten of Worchestershire, squeeze if Guldens spicy mustard, salt pepper.
Might make a glaze, but not sure in that yet.
